Learning objectives
By the end of this knowledge-based activity, pharmacists will be able to:
- Compare various smoking cessation medications, including safety and efficacy data, for cessation management.
- Develop a treatment regimen that incorporates effective drugs for smoking cessation, including drugs, doses, routes and frequency of administration.
- Describe the services offered by the stop smoking line (1-800-QUIT-NOW).
